A 360 of the Dr Fazil Küçük Stadyumu – possibly the strangest ground I’ve ever visited. Far left: the abandoned seaside town of Verosha. Behind the left-hand goal: a millitary instilation of some manner. To the right of that: the sparkling navy blue sea. Around the centre circle: some presently used hotels and a school. Towards the right hand goal: the deserted towerblock hotels of Verosha. From there on in: more dereliction and abandonment. Gutted there wasn’t a match on while were were here!
