I was super frustrated with my first time through the new dance routine today…..I was letting my brain get the best of me! I forgot that I have to give myself a chance and I will need lots of practice but that is ok!!
Do you ever feel like you are not good enough, that despite your best efforts you will fail any way? I did!! For a long time …..and then briefly this morning again when I just couldn’t figure these moves out! Our brains can be our own worst enemies sometimes and it can easily send us into the familiar downward spiral to despair, but I remembered how far I have come and how many new challenges I have conquered and I know tomorrow will be a little better and the day after that even more so!! We have to remember that we are more capable than we give ourselves credit for, we just need to START then practice and practice some more and before we know it we are doing something we never thought possible!
Everyone says why me? How could I ever? I say…….WHY NOT YOU? Want to be the best you possible? Join me and we can learn and grow together!!?❤?
