    But this came up as an anaecdote last fall during the baseball playoffs. It was the first time since playoffs were introduced (late 1960s) that the four largest cities in the country were all in the semi-finals.

    On top of that, it also worked out that (in terms of population) 1 played 4 and 2 played 3.
