So, this man, on his knees with his hands on his head when Police arrive, is “resisting”, necessitating the release of an attack dog and a beating?
This is why we have the 2nd Amendment. Sorry if that offends you, but at what point do We the People say we have had enough of the lawlessness of “Law Enforcement” and the Government?
